‘사랑하는 정의’, 정의를 원하는 ‘좋은 의지’

‘Loving Justice,’ Good Will to Justice

니체가 제시한 힘경제적 (관계)정의는 그의 사회정의론의 핵심이자 정점이다. 이 정의 개념이 바로 차라투스트라의 입을 빌어 ‘사랑하는 정의’로 제시되고,그것의 실천적 구속력은 다름아닌 ‘정의를 원하는’ 우리의 ‘좋은 의지’에 의해확보된다. 힘경제적 정의 개념은 정의와 사랑의 이원적 대립 전통의 파괴, 감정적 차원이나 정서적 차원이 아닌 사랑 개념의 제시, 정의에 대한 총체적 고찰방식의 적용이라는 특징을 갖는다. 그것은 또한 정의 이념의 근원적 인식을‘공동존재와 상호교환’에 대한 인정 및 ‘개별과 전체’에 대한 인정으로 제시하고,정의의 소재지를 이성이나 감성이 아니라 ‘의지’로 귀속시키며, 서양의 자아주의(Egologie)를 벗어나는 실천적 방식을 제시하기도 한다. 힘경제적 정의 개념의 이런 여러 가지 의미와 기능은 ‘정의와 사랑’에 대한 니체의 담론이 힘경제적 관계주의 속에서 진행되면서, 아모르 파티라는 의지의 특수한 사랑과 연계되기 때문이다.

The power-economic (relational) justice Nietzsche provides is the core of his theory of social justice. This concept of justice is suggested through Zarathustra as ‘loving justice.’ and its practical enforcing power is ensured by nothing other than our ‘good will to justice.’ The concept of power-economic justice is characterized by the destruction of traditional dualistic opposition of justice and love, the suggestion of a concept of love not in the dimension of emotion or sentiment, and the application of integral thinking of justice. It also presents the fundamental understanding of justice as the recognition of communal existence and mutual exchange, and individuals and the whole. Moreover it makes justice belong to the region of will not that of reason or sense, is efficient, and has enforcing power in practice. It also gives a way of overcoming the Western egology in the region of practice. These various meanings and functions of the concept of power-economic justice follows from the fact that Nietzsche’s discussion of justice and love is processed within the power-economic relationalism and associated with ‘amor fati,’ a special love of will.
