Technology Management for Humanity from the Perspective of Management and Technology Philosophy

Purpose - This study presents the direction of technology management from the viewpoint of humanity. With the research question of Where should technology management go in the digital technology era? Design/Methodology/Approach - As a theoretical study, this study reviewed previous studies. Humanity technology management was presented as a new perspective through research on existing technology management research results, limitations of technology management, and technology philosophy. Findings - The direction of humanity technology management discovered through theoretical research is as follows: empathy, emotion, AI ethics, customizing diverse culture, and agile corporate culture. Research Implications - The contribution of this study is to suggest the direction of humanity technology management in perspective of business management and philosophy of technology. However, there is a limit to not taking into account issues in a wider field.
