진로취약계층 고등학생의 진로개발역량 잠재전이와 잠재전이에 영향을 미치는 요인

The Latent Transition Analysis of Career Development Competencies on Career Disadvantaged High School Students and Influential Factors

본 연구는 시간의 흐름에 따라 나타난 진로취약계층 고등학생의 진로개발역량 변화양상과 그 변화를 예측하는 변인이 무엇인지 탐색하는 데 목적이있다. 이를 위해 한국직업능력개발원의 KEEPⅡ의 2016년도와 2017년도의 자료를 사용하여 잠재전이분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 고등학교 2학년시기의 진로개발역량 잠재프로파일은 ‘진로혼란집단’’, ‘진로유예집단’, ‘진로성취집단’으로 구분할 수 있었고, 3학년 시기 진로개발역량 잠재프로파일은‘진로혼란집단’과 ‘진로성취집단’으로 구분할 수 있었다. 진로개발역량 전이유형에 관한 결과는 크게 유지형·안정형(47.6%)과 변화형(52%)으로 구분할 수있었으며, 과반이 넘는 학생들이 고등학교 2학년 시점에 형성된 프로파일이고등학교 3학년 시점에 변화하였다. 셋째, 전이 양상을 예측하는 변인으로성별과 진로 심리검사 및 상담 경험, 진로 교육에 대한 독립교과 경험, 진로체험경험의 합이 나타났다. 이러한 집단 분류 및 전이 양상, 전이를 예측하는변인을 토대로 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of change in the career development type of high school students from the disadvantaged group in career preparation over time, and explore the influence of role of individuals, parents, teachers, peers, and school career education in the process of shift in career development competency types. To answer the above research questions, a latent profile analysis and a latent transition analysis were conducted using high school data from「Korean Education & Employment Panel Ⅱ」, and the results are as follows. First, based on individual differences in career development competencies in the second and third years of high school, the students were classified into three types including “career confusion group,” “career suspension group,” and “career achievement group” (second year) and two types including “career confusion group” and “career achievement group” (third year). career development competency transition types were largely divided into “unchanged type” and “stable type” and “changed type”, and the profile of more than half of students was changed in their third year of high school. Third, gender and experience in vocational psychological testing and counseling, the experience of career education as an independent course and the sum of career exploration experiences did have an effect on predicting such transition patterns.
