간호대학생의 공감능력, 공격성, 우울감이 자기조절력에 미치는 영향

Effects of empathy, aggression, and depression on self-regulation in nursing students

목적 본 연구는 간호대학생의 공감능력, 공격성, 우울감이 자기조절력에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위한 조사연구이다. 방법 연구대상자는 간호대학에 재학중인 학생으로 자기조절력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위하여 2021년 11월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 구조화된 설문지로 조사하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 19.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Multiple regression analysis으로 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 자기조절력의 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 대상자의 자기조절력은 공격성(r=-.261, p=.004)과 우울감(r=-.472, p<.001)과 유의한 음의 상관관계가 나타났다. 대상자의 자기조절력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 공감능력(β=.191, p=.019)과 우울감(β=-.490, p<.001)으로 나타났으며, 총 설명력은 24.0%였다(F=13.872, p<.001). 결론 본 연구의 결과, 공감능력과 우울감이 자기조절력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로 이를 고려한 간호대학생의 자기조절력을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Objectives This study is to investigate the effects of empathy, aggression, and depression on self-regulation of nursing students. Methods The subjects of this study were students enrolled in the College of Nursing, and data collection was conducted using structured questionnaires from November 1 to December 31, 2021. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS WIN 19.0 program. Results As a result of the study, it was found that there was no difference in self-regulation according to general characteristics. The subjects' self-regulation was significantly negatively correlated with aggression (r=-.261, p=.004) and depression (r=-.472, p<.001). Factors affecting the subject's self-regulation were empathy (β=.191, p=.019) and depression (β=-.490, p<.001), and the total explanatory power was 24.0% (F). =13.872, p<.001). Conclusions As a result of this study, it was found that empathy and depression affect self-regulation, so it is necessary to develop various programs to improve self-regulation of nursing students taking this into account.
