가구 및 주거환경특성에 따른 도시 내 주거이동거리 분석

Analyzing the Distance of Residential Mobility according to the Household and Residential Environment Characteristics: Focused on Busan Metropolitan City

본 연구의 목적은 가구 및 근린환경특성이 도시 내 주거이동의 이동거리에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 부산광역시 도시 내에서 이루어진 주거이동을 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 주거이동은 사회학적, 인구학적 자본은 재배치하고 도시의 중대한 변화를 유도하는 중요한 기제로 작동한다. 주거이동의 중요성으로 인해 주거이동에 관한 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔지만 대부분은 가구특성과 주거이동빈도 사이의 관계에만 집중하고 있다. 다시 말해 대부 분의 연구들이 누가 혹은 어떤 가구가 주거이동을 빈번하게 실시하는지 증명하는 것에만 집중하고 있다는 것이다. 하지만 주거이동에서 공간적 관점은 배제할 수 없는 부분이며 이동거리 또한 주거이동의 공간적 패턴을 나타내는 요인으로서 중요성이 높다. 이러한 당위성에 따라 본 연구는 가구 및근린환경특성이 주거이동거리에 미치는 영향을 위계를 고려하여 분석하고자 한다. 다수준모 델과 교차분류다층분석의 결과를 통해 다양한 가구 및 근린환경특성이 주거이동거리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 수요권역 분석 등에서 다양하게 활용될 수 있으며 주거이동에 관련된 연구에 중대한 의미를 제시할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of household and neighborhood characteristic on the distance of intra-urban mobility. For purpose of this study analysis is performed on residential mobility conducted in the city of Busan. Residential mobility is an important factor that relocates sociological and demographic capital, and it could sometimes lead to significant urban issues. A number of studies have focused on residential mobility, but most of them have concentrated on its relationship with household characteristic and they focus on how many people or households move. In other words a number of previous studies simply show who or where residential mobility occur frequently without the notion of characteristics of migration. So the approach provide limited, and often biased views. The spatial perspective of residential mobility is one of the key aspects, and distance of migration is important factor that represents spatial patterns. Therefore, this study analyzes the correlation between the distance of intra-urban mobility and a set of neighborhood and household characteristics in a hierarchical structure. From result of multi-level model and cross-classified multi-level model, it is found that neighborhood and household characteristics have different impact on distance of migration. These result present a meaningful information to a body of literature in residential mobility.
