차드(Tchad) 교사대상 연수프로그램에 대한 경험적 서사 연구

Empirical narrative study on a training program for teachers in Tchad

본 연구는 아프리카 차드 교육 발전을 위해서 <차드(Chad) 현지 교원 역량강화 직무연수>를 실행하고 한국교육을 전달하는 과정을 기술하고 분석하였다. 2015 세계교육포럼이 한국에 개최된 것을 계기로 우리나라는 다양한 영역에서 아프리카와의 교육분야 국제협력 요구도 더욱 높아졌다. 한국의 교육이 저개발국가의 사업에 활용될 수 있다면 한국교육은 아프리카의 국가들의 교육발전에 이바지하는 바가 클 것으로 예상된다. 현지 교사를 대상으로 한국의 교육을 연수를 할 경우에는 1회성 행사가 아닌 지속가능한 교육 ODA 사업으로서 가능할 것으로 보인다. 이를 위해 우리나라에서 실시하고 있는 아프리카 교육 분야 ODA 사업을 고찰하였으며, 차드 교육환경을 분석하였고구체적인 교사 연수 프로그램을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 한국교육을 아프리카에서 전파하는 방법을 모색하였다. 이 논문에서 다루는 연수는 굿네이버스 차드 지부에서 현지교사를 대상으로 한국 교사를 초청하여 기획한 프로그램이다. 1차 연수는 퍼실리테이션과 협동학습으로 구성했으며, 2차 연수는 프로젝트학습, 교육과정의 이해, 학습지도안 작성, 동료장학과 상담기법과 설계로 이뤄졌다. 본 연구에서는 연수 진행 과정에서현지 교사 반응을 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는 현지 교사 연수는 차드 교육에 긍정적 영향을 끼쳤으며 한국에 대한 호감도를 높였다. 앞으로 저개발 국가를 대상으로 한 한국교육의 보급을 위해서는 국가 차원의 정책으로 수립되고 활성화되기 위해서는 다양한형태의 시도와 연구가 필요하다.

In this study, Good-Neighbors Chad branch opened the <Chad local teacher capacity enhancement training> for the development of Chad education. Describe and analyze the process in which Korean teachers participate as instructors and deliver training korean contents. With the 2015 World Education Forum held in Korea as an opportunity, Korea’s demands for international cooperation in education with Africa in various fields have increased even more. If Korean education can be used for projects in underdeveloped countries, it is expected that Korean education will greatly contribute to the educational development of many African countries. In the case of training on Korean education for local teachers, it is possible as a sustainable education ODA project rather than a one-time event. To this end, the ODA project in the African education field in Korea was reviewed, the educational environment in Chad was analyzed, and specific teacher training programs were presented. Through this, we will explore ways to disseminate Korean education in Africa. Good-Neighbors Chad branch invited Korean teachers for the development of Chad ’s education and planned a training program for local teachers. The first trainings were fostering facilitation and cooperative learning programs. The second training program has trained project learning, understanding of curriculum, instructional planning, peer supervision and counseling techniques. In the future, various forms of research and studies will be necessary to establish and activate the educational contents of Korea as a national policy.
