(Purpose) In this study, various types of governance structures were derived for 55 project groups that carried out social-tailored industry-academic cooperation leading universities (LINC+) fostering projects, and the performance differences according to the types of university establishment and governance structures were analyzed, and through this, the next project was designed. We would like to suggest an ideal operating direction for the city. (Design/methodology/approach) Based on the 5th year result report submitted by 55 universities, the reference values for each of 11 key indicators and the 4th year performance values were collected and analyzed. (Findings) When the LINC project group and industry-academic cooperation group head concurrently served, the performance was 1.5 to 2 times higher than when the LINC project group and the industry-academic cooperation group were operated separately. there is In addition, it was found that the recognition and reputation of the university improved through the Industry-University Cooperation Project (LINC+). Comparing the LINC project core indicators, THE world university evaluation standards, industry-university cooperation indicators of university information disclosure, and JoongAng Ilbo university evaluation indicators, it was found that the overall positive effect was found. (Research implications or Originality) This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the performance according to the establishment type and organizational type targeting 55 universities that carried out the social-tailored industry-academic cooperation leading university (LINC+) fostering project. Based on this study, it is expected that performance analysis research should be activated in order to surface the results of the industry-academic cooperation project (LINC) in the future.
