The purpose of this study is to promote related research by providing meaningful data on the establishment of marine tourism policies in Boryeong as a base city of the Chungcheongnam-do International Maritime Tourism Belt. This study conducted a survey of tourists visiting Boryeong-si, Chungcheongnam-do, to confirm the importance of empirical value consumption and safe marine tourism experiences in the With COVID-19 era. As for the analysis method, after data coding 322 samples, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS Win 26, a statistical program. This study found that the empirical value of marine tourist attractions affects urban attitudes and emotional reactions, and provided basic data on expanding the base of the marine tourism industry and strengthening the marine tourism city brand.
