The purpose of this study is not only to analyze the relationship between festival service quality and performance within the private-led local festival supply system, but also to analyze the impact on service quality and festival results. A survey for empirical research was conducted targeting festival officials who are directly participating in local festivals. For data analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0. In the resident-led festival supply system, only the institutionalization of resident participation had an effect on festival service quality, and the festival service quality affected the program, publicity guide, and food products in that order. The festival operation performance and the resident-led festival supply system influenced the festival operation performance in the order of voluntary organization and resident participation system. Based on this study, it can be used as a precedent that verified important routes in regional festival research, and if a voluntary organization is created based on the institutionalization of resident participation, it can be expected to create a sustainable resident-led festival culture.
