The Mediating Effect of Community Attachment on the Relationship between Cultural Values and Resident Participation Behavior

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회 애착이 강원도 농촌주민의 문화적 가치와 주민참여행동의 관계에 미치는 매개효과를 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 얻은 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화적 가치의 하위변수 중 권위존중, 집단주의, 장기지향성이 높을수록 거주자의 참여행동이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문화적 가치의 하위변수 중 권위, 집단주의, 남성다움과 여성다움, 장기적 지향성에 대한 존중이 높을수록 공동체애착도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역사회 애착의 하위변수 중 사회적 친밀감, 정체성, 의존성은 하위변수의 순서대로 거주자 참여행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 문화적 가치와 주민참여행동의 관계에서 지역사회애착의 모든 하위변수는 부분매개효과가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of community attachment on the relationship between cultural values ​​and resident participation behaviors of rural residents in Gangwon-do. The analysis results obtained in this study are as follows. First, among the sub-variables of cultural value, the higher the respect for authority, collectivism, and long-term orientation, the better the resident participation behavior. Second, among the sub-variables of cultural value, the higher the respect for authority, collectivism, masculinity and femininity, and long-term orientation, the better the community attachment. Third, among the sub-variables of community attachment, social intimacy, identity, and dependence have an effect on resident participation behavior in the order of sub-variables. Fourth, in the relationship between cultural value and resident participation behavior, all sub-variables of community attachment have a partial mediating effect.
