시집 『꿈꾸는 소리 하고 자빠졌네』는 육성의 언어로 치열한 가난한 사람들이 차별받고 배제되는 현장을 파노라마처럼 펼쳐놓은 시집이다. 산업구조의 변화와 새로운 세대의 출연으로 치열했던 노동문학은 퇴조했지만 차별은 더 견고 해졌다는 사실을 증명하고 있다. 송경동의 시는 시대를 아파하는 투쟁일지였다. 고착화된 차별의 현장에서 견고 해진 구조와 대결하는 목소리를 놓치지 않고 담아내고 있었다. 그리고 시대를 사는 양심은 문학이 어디에 있어야 하는 지를 보여 주었다. 송경동의 『꿈꾸는 소리 하고 자빠졌네』는 선한 힘에 대한 기대를 저버리지 않는 사람이 되기 위한 고 투의 현장기록이었다. 4차 산업 혁명의 시대가 도래했음에도 여전히 직설적인 언어로 대항하며 시대를 증언하고 있다. 시집을 주목하는 이유다.
