교회성장을 위한 제자훈련의 운영실태와 발전방향

Development Directions of Layman’s Training for the Growth of the Korean Church

연구는 한국 교회의 성장을 위한 제자훈련의 발전방향을 취급하고 있다. 연구의 주요 목적은 사랑의 교회 및 교계 제자훈련의 문제점을 분석하여, 교회성장을 위한 제자훈련의 종합적 시행방향과 제자훈련 모델의 발전방향을 종합적으로 강구하는 데 있다. 연구의 중요내용은 제자훈련의 이론적 고찰, 사랑의 교회 및 교계 제자훈련의 문제점, 교회성장을 위한 제자훈련의 발전방향 및 결론으로 구성되고 있다. 제자훈련의 문제점들은 대략 교역자의 시간부족, 평신도의 영적성장부담, 다수교인의 실망과 불평, 기도능력의 부족, 훈련자의 신앙성숙 미흡, 제자훈련의 남녀 간 불균형, 제자훈련의 압박감 등으로 드러난다. 지속적인 교회성장을 유지하고 성도의 신앙생활을 위해서는 바람직한 제자훈련의 시행방향들이 제시되어야 한다. 이러한 방향에는 교회의 영적토양 중시, 사역과 재생산과정 포함, 제자훈련과 성령사역 연계, 평신도사역의 활성화, 소그룹의 적극적 활용 및 예수님제자의 육성 비전설정 등이 포함되고 있다. 그리고 교회성장을 위한 제자훈련 모델의 발전방향은 제자훈련의 목표, 제자훈련의 열매비전, 재생산적 사역훈련, 제자훈련의 활용 및 제자훈련의 모델정립 등을 고려하여 강구할 수 있다.

This study deals with the development directions of layman's training for church growth in Korea. This study aims to review current situations and problems layman's training in the Korean church, and to suggest its crucial development directions for its growth. Problems of layman's training in the Korean church include as follows: busy chief pastor; decline in spiritual growth of layman; disappointments and complaints of church members; lacking prayer's spiritual ability; immature spirituality of Jesus's followers; spiritual pressure of layman, etc. It is very important to suggest and implement important development strategies for the sustainable growth of Korean churches and the spiritual mutuality of Christians in Korea. The development strategies are included as follows: emphasis on the spiritual soil of the church and reproductive processes in church ministry; connection between disciple's training and the Holy spirit; activation of layman’s ministry; encouraging small group's activities in the church; set-up of clear church's vision, etc.
