보육교사의 직무만족이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영성의 매개효과

The Mediating Effect of Spirituality on the Psychological Well-being of Job Satisfaction of Child Care Teachers

본 연구는 보육교사의 직무만족이 심리적 안녕감에 영성의 매개효과 연구를 알아보고, 보육교사들에게 심리적 안녕감과 영성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향의 중요성을 인식하고 영유아를 돌봄에 있어 교사로의 역할을 수행함에 교사의 직무만족도를 높여 이직률을 낮추며 행복한 직장생활을 하는데 의의를 두고 연구주제를 설정을 하였다. 직무만족의 변인에서는 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 동료관계는 심리적 안녕감에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족의 하위변인 중 급여 만족은 영성에 영향을 미치며 심리적 안녕감에도 유의미한 영향을 미치는 연구결과로 보았을 때 영성은 급여만족과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서만 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 하위변수 중 동료관계는 통계학적으로 유의미하였다. 연구가설에서 직무만족도가 영성에 미치는 영향은 유의미하지 않았다. 다만 영성이 심리적 안녕감에는 영향을 유의미하게 미치는 연구결과를 밝혔다는 점에 의의가 있다. 수정모델의 검정에서는 직무만족의 동료관계는 심리적 안녕감에 영성을 매개로 직무만족도는 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study recognized the importance of psychological well-being and the impact of spirituality on child care teachers, recognized the importance of psychological well-being and spirituality on child care, and established a research subject with a significance to lower the turnover rate of teachers and lead happy working lives. The co-relationships that affect job satisfaction have a significant impact on psychological well-being. Among the sub-variates of job satisfaction, research shows that spirituality only plays an intermediary role in the relationship between salary satisfaction and psychological well-being. Among the lower variables, the peer relationship was statistically significant. The impact of task satisfaction on spirituality in the study theory was not significant. However, it is meaningful that spirituality has revealed research results that significantly affect psychological well-being. The test of the revised model showed that the co-relationship between job satisfaction and spirituality has a mediating effect on job satisfaction.
