MT-인품재능의 자극어 사용을 통한 유아 행동수정의 효과성에 관한 내러티브 탐구

Narrative Exploration on the Effectiveness of Behavioral Correction of Young Children through the use of Stimulus word of MT-Personal Talent.

본 연구는 유아 개개인이 타고난 인품덕목이 무엇인가를 알아보고 내러티브탐구를 활용하여 그 덕목을 자극어로 사용하여 가정과 유아교육기관에서 의미있는 관계자인 주 양육자와 교사가 이름 앞에 넣어 불러 줌으로써 타고난 인품이 더욱 발현되는지와 인성발현의 영향으로 유아기에 나타나는 부정적인 행동의 수정이 이루어지는지 그 효과성에 대해 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 성남시의 S어린이집 만3~ 만5세를 대상으로 유아 10명과 학부모 10명, 그리고 교사 3명이 연구에 참여하였다. 연구를 실시하여 얻은 연구결과는 자극어 사용이 가정에서의 행동 수정에 미치는 영향, 유아교육기관에서의 행동수정에 미치는 영향, 인품발현에 미치는 영향은 모두 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate what individual children are born with and to investigate the effects of narrative inquiry on the improvement of negative behavior in early childhood by using the virtues as a stimulus and calling them in front of the name by the main caregiver and the teacher who are meaningful in the home and early childhood education institutions. For this purpose, 10 children, 10 parents, and 3 teachers participated in the study for 3 to 5 years old at S Nursery School in Seongnam City, Gyeonggi Province.The results of this study showed that the effect of using stimulus words on behavior modification at home, the effect on behavior modification at early childhood education institutions, and the effect on personality expression were all significant.
