TA(Transactional Analysis) 성격이론에 따른 보육교사의 성격특성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향 연구

A Study on the Effect of Child Care Teachers' Personality Characteristics on Psychological Well-being according to TA Personality Theory: The Mediating Effects of Job Satisfaction

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 TA 성격 특성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 직무 만족이 매개효과를 갖는지에 대하여 검증하며, 유용한 정보를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 연구문제의 결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 비판적 어버이(CP) 성향이 낮을수록, 양육적 어버이(NP), 어른자아(A), 자유로운 어린이(FC) 성향이 강할수록 직무 만족이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비판적 어버이(CP), 순응적 어린이(AC) 성향이 낮을수록, 양육적 어버이(NP), 어른자아(A), 자유로운 어린이(FC) 성향이 강할수록 심리적 안녕감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보육교사의 직무 만족이 높을수록 심리적 안녕감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 보육교사의 TA성격 특성 중 비판적 어버이(CP), 양육적 어버이(NP), 어른 자아(A), 자유로운 어린이(FC), 순응적 어린이(AC) 특성 각각은 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에서 직무 만족이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to verify whether job satisfaction has a mediating effect on the effect of TA personality characteristics of childcare teachers on psychological well-being and to provide useful information.,The results of the study were as follows. First, the lower the tendency of critical parents(CP), the higher the tendency of parenting parents (NP), adult self(A), and free children (FC), the higher the job satisfaction.,Second, the lower the tendency of critical parents(CP), adaptive children (AC), the higher the tendency of parenting parents(NP), adult self(A), and free children(FC), the higher the psychological well-being.,Third, the higher job satisfaction of childcare teachers, the higher psychological well-being.,Fourth, job satisfaction had a mediating effect on the effects of critical parents(CP), parenting parents (NP), adult self(A), free children(FC), and adaptive children(AC) on psychological well-being among the TA personality characteristics of childcare teachers.
