본 연구는 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 심리적 소진이 이루어지는 과정에서 보육교사의 직무스트레스가 심리사회적 성숙성에 미치는 영향과 심리사회적 성숙성이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 여러 변수들의 영향에 대해 검증한 결과 보육교사의 심리적 소진에 직무스트레스, 심리사회 성숙성이 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라 직무스트레스는 심리사회 성숙성을 매개로 하여 심리적 소진에 간접적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
