제5장 백범 김구의 국가론에 관한 연구

A Study on the State's theory of Baekbum, Kim Koo

본 논문은 백범의 국가론에 관한 내용이다. 지금까지 백범의 국가론중 개별적인 국가론에 대한 연구는 부분적으로 있었지만 국가론 전반에 관한 논문은 보기 힘들다. 이런 점에서 본 논문은 이러한 백범의 국가에 대한 생각을 체계적으로 분석한 것이다. 백범의 국가론을 제대로 규정하기 위해 필자는 우선 그의 세계관 중 민족관과 국제관을 중심으로 다루어보았다. 그의 민족관은 혈통과 역사의 공감대를 구성요소로 하는 민족의 영원성으로 표출되고 있다. 또한 그의 민족관은 민족단위를 중심한 국가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 그리고 그의 국제관은 제국주의를 반대함과 동시에 이에 머물지 않고 국제사회와의 협조를 강조하는 방향을 지향하고 있다. 이러한 그의 세계관은 그가 자신의 국가론을 정립하는 기초가 되었다. 그의 국가론은 우선 주체국가론으로 명명할 수 있다. 그의 국가는 주체를 기초로 하여 민족힘의 중요성을 강조하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 둘째, 그의 국가론은 자주국가론으로 규정될 수 있다. 여기서 자주국가론은 자연스럽게 민족내부의 힘을 중요시여김과 동시에 국제사회와의 협조를 강조하는 방향을 지향한다. 셋째, 그의 국가론은 민주국가론이라고 할 수 있다. 자유와 반독재를 주요내용으로 하는 국가론이다. 마지막으로 문화국가론으로 사상의 자유와 화해와 화평을 기초로 하는 국가론이라고 할 수 있다.

This thesis is the study on the theory of state of Baekbum, Kim Koo. Until now, the study on some detached state's theory of Baekbum is in part. But the study on the entire state's theory of Baekbum is rare in the Baekbum's study. In this respect, this thesis systemetically analyses the thinking on the entire state's theory of Baekbum. For sake of regulating the theory of Baekbum's state, I treated a view of peoples and a view of international order among a view of the world. His peoples's view is presented the eternity of peoples insisting of the blood and the historical solidarity. And his view of international society moves toward the direction of the anti-imperialism and international cooperation. Through this view of the world, he forms the foundation of setting up his theory of state. Above all, his theory of state can be named the theory of a independent state. Secondly, his state's theory is regulated the theory of a autonomous state. The theory of a autonomous state considers the national power importance and moves toward the direction of the cooperation among international society. Thirdly, his state's theory is regulated the theory of a democratic state. Finally, it is the theory of a cultural state. It is based on the freedom of thought and reconciliation.
