A Study on the Founding Measure of Korean Thought’s Identity

본 논문은 한국사상의 정체성 정립 방안에 관한 것이다. 한국사상은 유사 이래 우리 민족의 성품과 역사의 저변을 형성하고 있던 본원적인 토대였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 중국사상과 서양사상에 맹종된 사대주의자들은 한국사상이 지니고 있는 사상적 합리성과 보편성을 외면하고 한국사상을 업신여기고 폄하하고 있는 실정이다. 이들의 이러한 행동은 스스로의 뿌리를 부정하는 완전 사대노예주의 외에 아무 것도 아니다. 한국사상은 분명한 고유성을 지니고 있다. 한국사상은 한국의 역사의 전반을 규율하는 하나의 지표가 되었고 한국민족의 민족성의 근거가 되었다. 이러한 사실로 볼 때 한국사상은 분명한 자기 정체성을 지니고 있다. 그러면 이러한 한국사상의 정체성을 어떻게 하면 정립할 수 있겠는가? 한국사상의 정립방안에는 첫째, 한국사상과 철학에 대한 확고한 신념체계를 통해 많은 글과 논문 그리고 저술을 펴내야 할 것이다. 그리고 이러한 한국의 정신과 사상을 전국민 대중 속으로 전파하고 확장하기 위해 정부와 유관기관들은 보다 배전의 노력을 아끼지 않아야 한다고 생각한다. 마지막으로 우리의 정신, 사상 및 철학의 우수성을 정확히 알고 우리 것의 현주소를 보다 명확하게 파악하기 위해 다른 나라 특히 중국과 일본의 사상과 철학과 비교 연구하여 그 면모를 규명하는 과정이 필요하다고 생각한다.

This study is on founding measure of Korean thought’s identity. Since the beginning of history, Korean thought is the original basis of our people’s nature and history. Nevertheless, toady following Chinese thought and western thought blindly disparages Korean thought. These actions are nothing besides complete toady contradicting heir own root. Korean thought has definitely a uniqueness. Korean thought become indices regulating Korean history, the basis of nationality of Korea peoples. On this point, the problem of Korean thought’s identity is mightly important. The measure of Korean thought’s identity is as follows; First, researchers publish many thesis, essay and books trough concrete system belief on the Korean thought and philosophy. Second, government and related organization must try hard to spread and extend Korean thought. Finally, we must understand the superiority of our soul, thought and philosophy. And for understanding the current address of ours, we must regulate the thought and philosophy other nation(specially China and Japan).
