제2장 도산 안창호의 정치관에 관한 연구

A Study on the Political View of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho

본 논문은 한국의 대표적인 민족선각자인 도산 안창호의 정치관에 관해 분석한 것이다. 한 정치사상가에 있어서 정치관은 반드시 다루어야 할 연구의 핵심적 주제이다. 정치사상가의 사상 특히 정치사상과 정치철학을 재대로 다루기 위해서는 그 분석의 전제로서 정치관에 대한 분석은 필수적인 사항이라고 할 수 있다. 도산 안창호의 정치관을 분석하기 위해서는 우선 정치관의 개념과 구성내용에 대한 설명이 전제되어야 한다. 이를 기초해서 도산 안창호의 정치관의 내용을 살펴보면 첫째, 도산의 정치관은 주인정치론으로 정의할 수 있다. 여기서 주인은 여객(旅客)이나 노예의 반대어로 주인정치론은 나라와 민족의 발전과 장래를 위해 반드시 추구해야 할 정치론으로 도산은 규정하고 있다. 이러한 주인정치론은 일종의 책임심에 의한 주인으로 구성된 정치론이다. 둘째, 합동정치론을 지적할 수 있다. 합동정치론은 분리를 넘어 민족구성원들 간의 개체적 합동을 통한 정치론을 말한다. 이러한 합동정치론은 종국적으로 민족의 대동단결론을 추구하고 있다. 마지막으로 도산 안창호의 정치관은 민주정치론으로 규정될 수 있다. 민주정치론은 무엇보다도 자유의지에 의한 민주주의의 실천론이다. 그리고 민주정치론은 국민주권론을 기초하고 있다. 도산의 정치론은 당위론적 측면에서 주장이 전개되고 있지만 오늘날 우리 민족에서 반드시 필요한 정치관으로서 새롭게 평가되어야 한다고 생각한다.

This thesis is a writing analysing the political view of Do San. In a political thinker, political view is a key theme of the study dealing with. In order to properly deal with the political ideas and political philosophy of a political thinker, political view as the premise of analysis can be called a fundamental need. To analyse the political view of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho, first of all, the concept and content of politics should be built. On this, the political view of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho is follows. First, the political view of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho is regulated as the theory of master politics. Here, a master is the antonym of a passenger or slave. Do San always asserts that a theory of master politics is the theory of politics for the development and future of nation. Second, the political view of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho is regulated as the theory of joint politics. This theory of joint politics seeks for the theory of standing together in nation. Finally, he political view of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho is regulated as the theory of democratic politics. First of all, the theory of democratic politics of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho is based on the theory of free will’s reality. I thjnk that the theory of politics of Do San is appraised as the needing political view in nation.
