디지털 사회혁신이 사회적·경제적 성과에 미치는 영향요인 : 과학기술인협동조합을 중심으로

Influencing factors of digital social innovation on social and economic performance : Focused on the Science and Technology Cooperatives

디지털 사회혁신은 지역 주민들의 주도로 지역 내 문제를 찾고, 디지털 기술을 활용하여 인식된 지역 문제를 주체적으로 해결하기 위한 사회적 시스템을 전환하는 것으로 유럽연합을 시작으로 전 세계로 확장되고 있다. 국내에서는 2013년부터 과학기술인협동조합을 중심으로 디지털 사회혁신을 주도하고 있다. 과학기술인협동조합은 이공계 과학기술인력이 조합원으로 참여하여 과학기술 관련 서비스 등의 사업을 영위하는 협동조합으로 사업장 규모가 대부분 소규모이며 비즈니스모델이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구는비즈니스모델이 사회적성과와 경제적성과에 미치는 영향 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해서 디지털 사회혁신의 구성 요인을 고찰하고 디지털 사회혁신 구성요소인 시민주도성, 새로운 아이디어, 협력으로 선정하고, 비즈니스모델을 매개변수로 설정하였다. 실증분석 결과 디지털 사회혁신의 요인 중 새로운 아이디어, 협력은 과학기술인협동조합의 비즈니스모델을 매개로 하여 사회적·경제적성과에 부분 매개의 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해서 4차산업혁명이 가속화되는 시점에서 디지털사회혁신은 과학기술인협동조합에 중요한 요인이라는 것을 검증하였으며. 비즈니스모델은 소규모 사업장이대다수인 과학기술인협동조합에 중요한 요인으로서, 비즈니스모델을 강화할 수 있는정책지원 및 사업개발이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 상향식 문제해결 방식의 시민주도성은 지속적으로 운영할 수 있는 원동력이 부족하여 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 향후 시민들의 의견을 반영한 사업 연계 등 다양한 연구가 필요할 것이다.

In this study, digital social innovation, led by local residents, finds local problems and uses digital technology to independently solve local problems, ultimately transforming the social system. Science and Technicians Cooperatives are cooperatives in which science and technology manpower in science and engineering fields participate as members and run businesses such as science and technology-related services. was intended to reveal For this study, the components of digital social innovation are considered, and the factors affecting the social performance of scientific and technological cooperatives are selected as the components of digital social innovation, such as citizen initiative, new ideas, and cooperation, and the business model is social and economic performance. was set to have a positive effect on As a result of the empirical analysis, it was found that new ideas and cooperation, which are social outcomes, play a partial mediating role with the business model as a parameter. Through this study, it has been verified that digital social innovation is an important factor for cooperatives of scientists and engineers at a time when the 4th industrial revolution is accelerating. It was confirmed that the business model is an important factor for cooperatives of science and technology people, where the majority of small businesses are small businesses, and policy support and business development that can strengthen the business model are necessary. In addition, as the bottom-up problem-solving method did not have a significant impact due to the lack of driving force for continuous operation, I believe that various studies that can be linked to the project by receiving citizens' opinions are needed.
