혈액투석실 간호사의 돌봄행위 중요도 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인

Factors Influencing Nurses’ Perception of the Importance of Caring Behavior in Hemodialysis Units

본 연구는 혈액투석실에 근무하는 간호사의 돌봄행위 중요도 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 3개의 도시에 소재한 혈액투석실에 근무하는 간호사 176명을 대상으로 자료를수집하였다. 그리고 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 돌봄행위 중요도 인식은 감성지능(r=.53, p<.001), 정보제공적의사소통(r=.40, p<.001), 친화적 의사소통(r=.59, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 친화적 의사소통(β=.43, p<.001)과 감성지능(β=.32, p<.001)은 돌봄행위 중요성 인식에영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 혈액투석실 간호사의 돌봄행위 중요도 인식을 향상시키기 위하여 감성지능을 높이고 친화적 의사소통을 향상시킬 수 있는 전략이 필요하다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to confirm the effect on the nurses’ perception of the importance of caring behavior in the hemodialysis units. Methods: Data were collected form 176 nurses working in hemodialysis units located in three city. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS 24.0 program. Results: Perception of the importance of caring behavior is positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=.53, p<.001), informative communication(r=.40, p<.001), and affective communication(r=.59, p<.001). Factors affecting the perception of the importance of caring were affective communication(β=.43, p<.001) and emotional intelligence(β=.32, p<.001). Conclusion: In order to increase perception of the importance of caring for nurses working in hemodialysis units, a strategy is needed to increase emotional intelligence and improve affective communication skills.
