수업목표 분석기반 대학 교양 교육과정 운영 개선 방안 탐색

A study on the Improvement of the General Education Curriculum Based on Analysis of the Learning Objective

역량 기반 교육은 ‘무엇을 할 수 있는가’를 강조하는 교육이다. 그래서 학습자가 알고 있는 것을 삶의 맥락에서 수행할 수 있도록 교육해야 한다. 그러므로 교과 내용에 이해와 그것을 활용하여 특정 상황에서 발현되는 역량들을 습득할 수 있도록 구체적인 수업 목표 제시가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서 는 교양 교과목의 수업계획서의 수업 목표 실태를 확인하고, 이를 토대로 효과적인 교양 교육과정 운영을 위해 체계적인 개선방안 및 실천 전략을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, A 대학의 교양 교육과정 의 138개 교과목의 수업계획서를 수집하여 의미연결망 분석을 하였다. 그 결과, 교양 교육과정 목표의 키워드로 ‘이해’, ‘습득’, ‘배양’이 대표적으로 나타났다. 그러나 역량 기반 교육과정의 특징인 실천적이 고 구체적인 수업 목표 제시에는 부족함이 나타났다. 이 결과를 기반으로 역량 기반 교양 교육과정 운영을 위해 수업목표 체계 검토, 교수자 역량강화, 목표기반 교육과정 체계 수립 등을 제안하였다.

Competency-based education focuses on the question, “What can be done?” Therefore, it is necessary to educate learners so that they can perform what they know in the context of life. In addition, it is necessary to present specific learning objectives so that students can understand the content of the subject and use their knowledge to acquire the competencies expressed in specific situations. Therefore, in this study the actual condition of the learning objective of the lesson plans for general education subjects was identified. Also, I tried to propose systematic improvement measures and action strategies for the effective implementation of the general education curriculum. To this end, semantic network analysis was conducted by collecting the lesson plans of 138 subjects in the general education curriculum of University A. As a result, ‘understanding’, ‘acquisition’, and ‘cultivation’ appeared as the keywords of the general education curriculum learning objectives. However, I found that it was insufficient to present practical and specific learning objectives that are characteristic of the competency-based curriculum. Based on these results, I propose that we review the learning objectives system, strengthen the instructor's competency, and establish a goal-based curriculum system to operate the competency-based general education curriculum.
