중국 타차(沱茶)에 대한 연구

중국 서남지역에서 생산되는 타차는 100년이 넘는 유구하고 독특한 발전사를 품고 있다. 주로 운남 소수민족 지역에서 생산되는 타차는 명나라 때부터 외형이 특색있었다. 타차는 발전을 거듭해 1980년대 정점을 찍었지만 중국 경제체제가 바뀌면서 쇠락하였다. 비록 외부적 요인으로 타차의 발전이 제한되었으나 중국 전통 민족적 색채를 지닌 타차는 후손들이 기록하고 보존해야 할 역사적 과제로 본다. 본 연구에서 타차와 관련된 다량의 문헌을 정리함으로써 그 역사적 기원과 발전된 맥락을 명확히 정리하고자 하였다. 또한 현대 타차와 전통 타차 제조 공법을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 타차의 기원부터 발전, 전성, 쇠퇴에 이르는 과정에서 타차의 품질적, 지리적, 문화적, 정책적, 수출적 등 다섯 가지 우위를 논하고 품질면, 상표면, 인재면, 정책면, 수출면 등 다섯 가지 발전대책을 제시했다. 본 논문을 통해 중국 전통 타차의 계승해 발전의 계기가 되기를 바란다.

Tuotea produced in southwest China has a long and unique history of more than 100 years. Although the development of Tuotea is limited by various factors at present, such a kind of tea with national color should not be lonely in the long river of history. This paper firstly clarifies the historical origin and development of tuotea by reading and sorting out a large number of literature. In addition, it also analyzes the manufacturing process of modern Tuotea and traditional Tuotea. Finally, from its origin to its heyday and then to its decline, this paper discusses five advantages of Tuotea, such as quality, geography, culture, policy and export, and puts forward five development countermeasures, such as quality, trademark, talents, policy and export. Hope to provide new ideas for promoting the development of Tuotea.
