코로나19(Covid 19)로 인하여 사람들의 사이버공간 활동이 증가하면서 사이버공간에서 발생하는 범죄가 매우 큰 문제로 발생하고 있다. 한국정보사회지능원의 『2020 사이버폭력 실태조사』에 따르면 청소년들보다 성인들의 사이버폭력 가해가 심각하게 나타나고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 그 동안 연구가 활발히 이루어지지 않았던 성인의 사이버폭력 가해에 관한 연구이다. 연구는 그 동안 많은 연구들이 청소년 사이버폭력 가해의 원인으로 설명하였던 사이버폭력 가해자 접촉과 유해매체물 접촉이 사이버폭력 가해에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 더 나아가 성인 사이버폭력 가해를 예방할 수 있는 학술적 기초를 제시하기 위해 성인 사이버폭력 문제의식이 성인 사이버폭력 가해를 조절할 수 있는지 최종적으로 파악하였다. 연구 결과 청소년과 마찬가지로 성인의 사이버폭력 가해도 사이버폭력 가해자 접촉과 유해매체물 접촉이 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이 관계에서 사이버폭력 문제의식이 사이버폭려 가해를 완화하는 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사이버폭력 문제의식 수준을 높여 성인의 사이버폭력 가해를 예방하는 방안과 AI 및 빅데이터 활용을 통한 사이버폭력 예방 방안을 결론에서 제시하였다.
As people's cyberspace activity increases due to COVID-19, crimes occurring in cyberspace are occurring as a very big problem. According to the 『2020 Cyber Violence Facts Survey』 of the Korea Information Society Intelligence Service, cyber bullying is more serious than adolescents. Therefore, this study is a study on the perpetrators of cyberbullying by adults, which has not been actively studied so far. This study analyzed the effects of contact with cyberbullying perpetrators and harmful media, which many studies have explained as the causes of cyberbullying among adolescents, on cyberbullying. Furthermore, in order to present an academic basis for preventing adult cyberbullying, we finally identified whether adult cyberbullying awareness can control adult cyberbullying. As a result of the study, it was found that contact with the perpetrator of cyberbullying and contact with harmful media had a positive (+) effect on cyberbullying by adults as well as adolescents. appeared to be visible. Therefore, measures to prevent cyberbullying of adults by raising the level of awareness of cyberbullying and cyberbullying prevention through the use of AI and big data were presented in the conclusion.
