조리외식전공 대학생의 외식 창업자역량이 창업준비행동, 창업의도에 미치는 영향
Effect of Culinary & Foodservice Major University Students' Restaurant Business Entrepreneurship on Their Business Start-up Preparation Behavior and Start-up Intention: Self-efficacy Control Effect
본 연구에서는 첫째, 조리·외식전공 대학생들의 기술적역량, 창의적역량과 창업자준비행동 간 관계에서 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술적역량, 창의적역량과 창업의도 간 관계에서 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 창업준비행동은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 창의적역량, 창업준비행동, 창업의도의 관계에서 자기효능감이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단보다 창업자기효능감이 창업 의지에 미치는 영향과 문제 해결 능력 기반의 조절 효과를 가지는 것으로 검증되었다. 따라서 창업자역량을 강화할 수 있도록 효율적인 교육지원 정책이 마련되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
In this study, first, it was found that it had a significant effect on both the relationship between the technical competence, creative competence, and founder preparation behavior of college students majoring in cooking and dining. Second, it was found that it had a significant effect on both the relationship between technical competency, creative competency, and start-up intention. Third, it was found that the start-up preparation behavior had a significant effect on the start-up intention. Finally, it was verified that the group with high self-efficacy in the relationship between creative competency, start-up preparation behavior, and start-up intention had a moderating effect based on the effect of start-up will and problem-solving ability rather than the group with low self-efficacy. Therefore, it is judged that an efficient education support policy should be prepared to strengthen founder competency.
