Survey on the Experience of Augmented Reality Electronics Store Display: Focusing on AR stores of Company S and Company L

It was found that users could not experience the product satisfactorily at the augmented reality electronics online stores of S and L companies. For the efficiency of the survey, the range of electronics store displays was classified into four categories: white appliances, TVs, home theaters, and accessories, and subjects were composed of 30 students from I University’s Department of Industrial Design. The survey contents are as follows. First, the subjects access the corresponding augmented reality site on a personal PC, have the experience required for each questionnaire, and then respond to the questionnaire. Second, the contents of the four display experiences are performed by responding to the Liked 5-point scale. Regarding the agenda derived from the results of this survey, this researcher intends to write a view on the results of the survey, and to derive the factors necessary for the augmented reality experience by analyzing the frequency.
