교수자의 현장 전문가 인터뷰 경험에 관한 사례연구

A Case Study on Instructors' Interview Experiences with Field Experts: With a focus on the philia of Aristotle

본 논문은 교수자가 현장 전문가 인터뷰를 진행하면서 경험한 사례를 다룬다. 필자는 인성교육을 주제로 하는 온라인 콘텐츠 영상 제작을 위해 18인의 현장 전문가 인터뷰를 직접 진행했다. 본 논문은 2022년 1월부터 4월까지 현장을 찾아가 인터뷰 대상자와 만나 대화를 나누고 영상을 촬영했던 경험을 분석하면서 교수자의 인터뷰 경험이 이론 철학을 벗어나 삶의 철학으로 전환될 수 있는 하나의 계기가 되었음을 확인한다. 본 논문은 교수자가 강의를 준비하는 과정이 단지 학문적이고 이론적인 측면으로만 국한되는 것이 아니라 삶의 다양한 측면을 고려할 수 있으며, 특히 인터뷰라는 독특한 형식을 통해 교수자 중심 강의를 벗어나 대화를 활용한 새로운 교수법을 시도할 수 있다고 주장한다. 나아가 섭외과정에서부터 인터뷰 대본 수정과정 및 현장에서 나누었던 대화를 통해 교수자와 현장 전문가가 인성교육이라는 공통된 주제를 바탕으로 아리스토텔레스가 말하는 필리아 관계로 확장되었음을 밝히고자 한다.

This study set out to examine cases that instructors had while conducting an interview with field experts. The investigator conducted an interview with 18 field experts to produce an online content video on the topic of personality education. In the present study, the investigator met with interviewees in the field, had talks with them, and videotaped their interviews from January to April 2022. The analysis results of their interviews show that instructors had an opportunity to grow out of theoretical philosophy and convert it into life philosophy through interview experiences. Based on its findings, the study argues that the process of instructors preparing for their lectures can take into account the diverse aspects of life instead of being restricted only to the academic and theoretical ones and that the unique form of an interview can help instructors try new teaching methods based on talks beyond the old instructor-centered lectures. Furthermore, instructors and field experts expanded their relationship to philia mentioned by Aristotle based on their common topic of personality education through their talks on the processes of casting, interview script revision, and field work.
