Impact of Quality and Network of Sharing Economy Platform Information System on Continuance Use Intention

본 연구는 정보시스템 성공 모형 (ISSM: Information System Success Model)을 적용하여 숙박공유 플랫폼인 에어비앤비의 정보시스템의 품질과 네트워크가 고객 만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 정보 품질은 고객 만족과 지속이용의도, 서비스 품질은 고객 만족, 네트워크 외부성은 지속이용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객 만족은 지속이용의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 연구는 공유경제 플랫폴 정보시스템의 풀질과 네트워크를 함께 살펴봤디는 점에서 학술적인 시사점을 지니고, 공유경제 플랫폼 정보시스템의 품질관리 방안을 제안함으로써 활성화에 기여한다는 점에서 실무적인 시사점을 지닌다.

This study analyzed the effect of Airbnb's quality and network on customer satisfaction and continuance use intention by applying the Information System Success Model(ISSM). As a result of the analysis, it was found that information quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and continuance use intention, service quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, and network externality had a significant positive effect on continuance use intention. In addition, it was confirmed that customer satisfaction had a significant positive effect on continuance use intention. This study has theoretical implications in that it examines the quality and network of sharing economy platform information system together. In addition, this study has practical implications in that it contributes to revitalization by proposing quality management plan for sharing economy platform information system.
