지역사회기반형 관광에서 중간지원조직은 왜 중요한가?

Why is the intermediary organizations important in community-based tourism?: An integrative moderated mediation model of social support

이 연구는 CBT 환경에서 중간지원조직에 대한 이론적 통합모델을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 제안된 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 관광두레 사업체 종사자 265명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 자료수집은 道 단위 광역자치단체 주민사업체 종사자 수를 기준으로 최대한 비례적 층화표본추출 방법을 통해 수집되도록 노력하였다. 구성개념 간 관계를 검증하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시했고, 혁신성의 매개효과 검증과 사회적 지원의 조절된 매개효과 검증을 위해 PROCESS Macro (4, 14) 분석을 실시했다. 그리고 사회적 지원의 측정된 전 범위에 대하여 Johnson-Neyman 분석을 통해 유의성 검증을 진행하였다. 이 연구에서 심리적 임파워먼트는 의미성, 역량, 자기결정력, 영향력을 고려했다. 연구결과, 지역주민의 심리적 임파워먼트는 혁신성과 주관적 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 혁신성은 심리적 임파워먼트와 주관적 행복 간 관계를 매개하였다. 또한, 중간지원조직의 사회적 지원은 지역주민의 심리적 임파워먼트가 주관적 행복에 미치는 영향 관계에서 혁신성의 매개효과를 조절하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 세 가지의 제언을 제시했다. 첫째, CBT에서 지역주민 참여는 중간지원조직과 연계하는 것이 효율적이다. 둘째, 중간지원조직 자체의 역량을 지속적으로 강화하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, 중앙정부나 지방자치단체는 중간지원조직의 고유기능에 집중하여 설치ㆍ지원할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to create a theoretically integrated model for intermediary organizations in community-based tourism. To put the proposed research model to the test, a survey of 265 Tour Dure employees was conducted. To assess the relationship between psychological empowerment, innovativeness, subjective happiness, and social support, regression analysis and moderated mediation analysis were used. This study looked at four aspects of psychological empowerment: meaning, competence, self-determination, and impact. According to the findings, the psychological empowerment of local residents has a direct influence on innovation and subjective happiness. Meaning, competence, self-determination, impact, and subjective happiness, in particular, were all mediated by innovativeness. Furthermore, it was discovered that the social support of intermediary organizations moderated the conditional indirect effects of psychological empowerment on subjective happiness (via innovativeness). Three recommendations were made based on the findings of the research. First, it is effective to link residents' participation in CBT with the intermediary organization. Second, the intermediary organization's capabilities must be consistently strengthened. Third, the (local) government must concentrate on the unique functions of the intermediary organization.
