The main purposes of this study were to find out which factors are more important or contributable to the satisfaction of wine event participants of the hotel restaurants. A factor analysis delineated four dimensions of attributes of wine events: entertainments, hotel quality, wine and food, professionality of event. Mean values indicated that matching of wine and food was primary important attribute for participants. The regression analysis yielded 'entertainments', 'wine and food' and 'professionality of event' had positively influence on satisfaction of wine event participants. And the satisfaction level had positively influence on revisit and recommendation of wine events. This paper provides marketers and owners of hotel and people who planning to hold a special event with the useful clues to understand participants behavior of wine events.
