This study is to define and grasp of cost competition strategy and differentiation strategy that establish cost leadership and differentiation advantage. This cost leadership and competitive advantage through differentiation advantage involve business strategies that can improve travel agency’s management skills. Presented hypotheses involve that competition strategies will influence on the various factors including growth, employee attitudes and customer satisfaction positively. Author, through the self-administered questionnaire survey and relevant statistical test, suggest six implications including enhancement of morale of employee in the company, efficient merchandise management system (intranet system) and cost leadership on the part of travel agencies.
