Aiming to deduce the policy implication for enhancing the competitiveness in future, authors analyzed that the relative efficiency of Hotel Informatization in Busan through DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis), a non-parametric approach. Also writers used Tobit analysis about efficiency to analyze management efficiency between hotel industries. The result showed the informatization construction differed in the relative efficiency of the level of hotel and improved that it was too difficult to improve the efficiency of Hotel’s industry with only Informatization construction, which means there was possibility to improve the efficiency through the informatization construction just in case of the hotel which has some scales.
