패밀리 레스토랑의 가격할인이 종사원의 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

As job environmental changes with price discount is being increased in the family restaurant, service employees tend to experience heavy work load and feel the job dissatisfaction. This study is to find out the effect of the price discount on job satisfaction and customer orientation of service employees in the family restaurants. A factor analysis delineated five dimensions of the price discount. A regression analysis yielded mental burnout had negatively influence on job satisfaction and customer orientation of service employees. The findings of this study suggest that restaurant managers should understand service employees and make good use of price discount in the family restaurants.
