기업의 인센티브여행 제시가 조직몰입 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향연구

This study was based on the case analysis that the motivational concept of self and ability formed from incentive travel have affected the organizational commitment and job performance, because several companies have been holding incentive travel for their sales-persons and distributors as one of the means of profit seeking and social activities. In the result of the factor analysis and the regression analysis, it was found that all three factors of motivational concept of self(group efficacy, self efficacy and identification with the leader)and all three factors of ability (ability of job execution , consideration of value & moral principal , retention & manifestation of information & skill) formed from incentive travel have positive affects on organizational commitment and job performance, and all the other factors(emotive commitment, normative commitment).
