The objective of this study is to find the relationships of motivation, experience, outcomes, and satisfaction in career development in order to manage personal and organizational career in tourism industry. 260 cases from travel agents, airline companies, hotels and PCOs were analyzed using path analysis. Results indicate that motivation and experience effect career outcomes, and career outcomes effects career satisfaction in turn. The results also shows that motivation effects career experience as well as career satisfaction. It was found that there was no significant relationship between career experience and career satisfaction, however.
