In this study, in order to analysis photovoltaic cell (Abbreviated PV cell) properties, PV cells were modeled using CASPOC simulator and there electrical and temperature characteristics were simulated. PV cells were designed using a current source two diodes, shunt and series resistance. Designed PV cell were investigated according to the temperature, resistances and loads, respectively.
