According to the result of precedent studies and literature on ‘servant leadership’, this concept might be said not reached yet at scientific research phase. While still remaining in level of literary characteristic, the empirical study of servant leadership can be said just started. In order to develop into scientific research, changes in the pattern of studies are advocated necessary by the authors. Writers argue this problem is caused by lack of a discussion of the constituent dimension of servant leadership, suggesting the discussion should be started over in the form of scientific studies. However, they say the study itself will be valuable for new leadership philosophy, implying possibilities of application on leadership studies of service organization in degree of scientific research.
