A Study on the Safety Die Design of the Press Single Processing

On this study, in 2008, studied about design of safety the die in order to reduction of the occurrence of disasters in press die and mold die. based on occurrence result of the stenosis disaster among the whole disasters style that happen in our country industry spot, Upon result investigation, presented safe method that can designs with the safety structure die in order that a part of worker's hand or body does not come into the die when each of process come to be designed, according that disaster occurs appeared by shearing, bending and forming, compression processing in order. it is took to a example product and it is presented to the example of design structure for that hands prevent to come into the die in case of blanking, piercing, bending of design process. In this study, useing UG_NX5, and 3D designing and do to help understands structure of die, and the part of main enlarged a design sheet.
