This study is conducted to develop Blended-Learning method for increasing students' engagement to the job-related classes. The prime objective of this study is propose Blended-Learning model for improving efficiency of job-related classes. Based on the research framework, CAE method as blended-learning developed in this study is applied. The One-way ANOVA analysis is conducted for verifying CAE method that is applied in this study. According to the results of empirical analysis with One-way ANOVA, Students' employment competencies improve significantly after listening CAE Method applied job-related class. In conclusion, Blended-Learning that is teaching & study method applied in this study is very effective to and enhance students' interests and engagement. and increase students' employment competencies.
