예비유아교사의 놀이신념과 놀이교수효능감 간의 관계에서 창의적 인성의 매개효과에 관한 연구

A study on the mediating effect of creative personality on the relationship between play beliefs and play teaching efficacy of kindergarten preservice teachers

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 놀이신념과 창의적 인성이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 예비유아교사의 놀이신념과 놀이교수효능감 간의 관계에서 창의적 인성의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산광역시 소재 4년제 대학교 유아교육과에 재학 중인 예비유아교사 314명이다. 본 연구에서 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 26.0 & AMOS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 놀이신념과 창의적 인성은 놀이교수효능감에 영향에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 놀이신념과 놀이교수효능감 간의 관계에서 창의적 인성은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 예비유아교사의 놀이교수효능감을 증진하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제공함으로써 예비유아교사의 놀이교수효능감 증진 방안을 마련하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of creative personality in the relationship between pre-kindergarten teachers' play beliefs and play teaching efficacy by examining the effects of play beliefs and creative personality on play teaching efficacy. The subjects of the study were 314 pre-kindergarten teachers enrolled in the Department of Early Childhood Education at a four-year university in Busan. Data collected in this study were analyzed using the SPSS 26.0 & AMOS 26.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, the play beliefs and creative personality of pre-kindergarten teachers were found to have a significant effect on play teaching efficacy. Second, in the relationship between play beliefs and play teaching efficacy of pre-kindergarten teachers, creative personality has been shown to have a partially mediating effect. These results are expected to contribute to the establishment of ways to enhance play teaching efficacy of pre-kindergarten teachers by providing a theoretical basis for promoting play teaching efficacy of pre-kindergarten teachers.
