열린어린이집 교사의 교사효능감과 교사-부모 협력이 직무만족에 미치는 영향

Effect of teacher efficacy and teacher-parent cooperation on job satisfaction of open daycare center teachers

본 연구에서는 열린어린이집 보육교사의 교사효능감과 교사 부모 협력이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충청남도 열린어린이집 95개소에 근무 중인 열린어린이집 보육교사 274명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이중 272부의 설문자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 열린어린이집 교사의 교사효능감, 교사 부모 협력관계와 직무만족 간에는 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 열린어린이집 교사의 교사효능감, 교사-부모 협력관계가 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 열린어린이접 교사의 교사효능감만이 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 열린어린이집 교사의 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 변인을 교사중심으로 살펴보았다는 한계점을 갖는다. 추후 연구에서는 열린어린이집의 긍정적 효파에 영향을 미치는 환경적 변인들을 포함하여 통합적으로 살펴볼 필요가 있다.

This study almed to examine the effect of teacher efficacy and teacher-parent cooperation on job satisfaction of childcare teachers in open daycare centers. A survey was conducted on 274 childcare teachers working at 95 open daycare centers in Chungcheongnam-do, and 272 of them were used for the data analysis. The main findings are as follows: First, there was a significant positive correlation between teacher efficacy, teacher-parent cooperation relationship, and job satisfaction of open daycare center teachers. Second, only teacher efficacy of open daycare teachers had a significant effect on job satisfaction in the effect of teacher efficacy and teacher-parent cooperation on teacher job satisfaction. This study has a limitation in that the variables affecting the job satisfaction of teachers at open daycare centers were examined centering on teachers. Environmental variables affecting the job satisfaction of teachers at open daycare centers need to be included in future studies.
