국내 자폐스펙트럼장애 영유아 대상 한국판 영유아 자폐 양적 체크리스트-10(KQ-CHAT-10)의 신뢰도 및 타당도 연구

A study on Reliability and Validity of KQ-CHAT-10 for Korean Infants and Toddlers with ASD

본 연구는 영유아 자폐 양적 체크리스트-10(Q-CHAT-10)의 국내 적용의 일환으로 신뢰도와 타당도에 관한 연구를 진행하여 유용성을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 영유아 자폐스펙트럼장애 집단 50명, 일반 집단 81명이었다. 측정 도구는 Q-CHAT-10을 한국어로 번안한 KQ-CHAT-10과 CBCL 1.5-5, CARS가 사용되었다. 연구 결과, KQ-CHAT-10은 10번 문항을 제외한 문항 간 상관이 유의미하였고, 문항 간 내적 일치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도를 통해 신뢰도가 검증되었다. 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 10번 문항을 제외한 모든 문항이 1 요인으로 나타났다. KQ-CHAT-10과 CBCL 1.5-5DSM 진단척도 중 전반적 발달 문제 하위척도와 CARS와의 공인 타당도가 검증되었다. KQ-CHAT-10는 2점 득점 방식에서 민감도와 특이도가 가장 높은 통계적 절단 값은 3점으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내에서 진행된 Q-CHAT-10의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증한 최초의 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study examined reliability and validity of the Quantitative Checklist for Autism in Toddlers 10 (Q-CHAT-10) to verify its effectiveness for Korean children. Subjects included 50 children with ASD and 81 typical children. Instruments were the Korean version of the Q-CHAT-10 (KQ-CHAT-10), CBCL 1.5-5 and CARS. The KQ-CHAT-10 showed a significant inter-item correlation except the item number 10 and its reliability was verified by inter-item consistency and test-retest reliability. Exploratory factor analysis showed all items excluding the number 10 were loaded onto one factor. Also, concurrent validity was checked between the KQ-CHAT-10, CBCL'S Pervasive Developmental Problems DSM-Oriented Scales, and CARS. In the 2-point KQ-CHAT-10, the statistical cut-off value of 3 demonstrated the highest sensitivity and specificity. This study is of significance in that it is the first study to check the reliability and validity of Q-CHAT-10 with Korean children.
