This paper addresses a new RED for based prediction(P_RED). In a new P_RED, parameter Davg is estimated from variation between current Queue size and average Queue size. The Davg is applied to the packet drop probability to control the traffic congestion predictively. And it can improve the performance of P_RED than that of RED in comparison to loss packet and Link utilization ratio of RED.
