Therefore, this study aims to provide basic data that can be used as model cases for other villages by suggesting ways to upgrade the program for Oido Fishing Village, which is about to open the second experience center, and the research results are as follows. First, the constraints and improvements analyzed in the Oido Fishing Village Experience and Recreation Village survey and the experience survey were expected to change positive indicators overall through the advancement of existing products and the development of new products. Second, from the four types presented in previous studies, the experience types in the field of marine healing and ESG were additionally reviewed in this study, and were subdivided by activity type. Third, Oido Fishing Village Experience and Recreation Village has developed and upgraded existing and new products by village characteristics, location, target target, age, and activity type, and it is necessary to present a manual for related products to increase utilization. Fourth, in order to revitalize the operation of advanced experience products, it is necessary to establish a joint consultative body and promote resident participation-type projects. Fifth, detailed program operation plans for advanced four types of experience products are presented in detail so that they can be used by operation and managers.
