Purpose: This study purposes how nonverbal communication affect relation emotion and customer satisfaction in the relationship of customers. Method: In this practical research, an investigation was conducted investigation casino visitors 20 years of age or older in Seoul, questionnaires were collected for analysis using the SPSS program. Results: First of all, the effects of various degeneration analysis using subcomponents of casino employees nonverbal communication similar language and spatial behavior positively influenced casino customer satisfaction. Secondly, various regressive analysis of the subcomponents of nonverbal communication of casino employees : Body language, body look, similar language, and spatial act are set as separate variables and subcomponents of connect emotion. Thirdly, the several degeneration investigation with subcomponents of casino employees link emotion: approach and separation emotions were set as independent variables, and casino customer satisfaction was set as dependent variables. Both approach and separation emotions had statistically considerable effects on casino guests contentment. Conclusion: Consequently, It carried out examination about the effect on casino customer satisfaction caused by nonverbal communication are effective system to enhance relation emotion.
