제1장 도산 안창호의 정의관에 관한 연구

A Study on the View of Justice of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho

본 논문은 도산 안창호의 정의관에 대하여 분석한 글이다. 도산에 대한 연구는 교육학과 윤리학에 편중되어 있는 관계로 도산의 정의관에 대한 연구는 현재까지 거의 전무한 것이 현실이다. 도산의 연설문과 전기 등과 같은 자료에서도 정의에 대하여 구체적으로 언급한 흔적이 없기 때문에 도산의 정의관에 대하여 체계적으로 분석한다는 것은 한계가 있다는 것이 사실이다. 그리고 정의에 대한 개념정의가 학자들마다 다른 관계로 어떠한 기준에서 도산 안창호의 정의관을 분석할 것인가에 대한 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 연구의 결과는 객관적이기 보다는 주관적인 추론을 바탕으로 연구될 수밖에 없다는 점을 직시하여야 할 것으로 보인다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 주관적 분석에 대한 비판을 최소화하기 위해서 분석과 용어에 대한 한계를 설정하여 출발하고자 한다. 다음으로 도산 안창호의 사상 체계에서 정의에 관련된 부분들을 추론하여 분석하고, 이에 대한 의미와 평가를 통하여 도산 안창호의 정의관이 무엇인가를 정리하고자 한다. 마지막으로 도산 안창호의 정의관에 대한 향후 과제 및 연구 방향을 제시하고 한다. 본 연구는 도산 안창호의 정의관에서 대한 초보적 연구인 동시에 새로운 접근이라는 측면에서 이해하여 주길 기대한다.

This article examines the view of justice of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho. Little has been known about the view of justice of Do San even though there is a widespread understanding of it in ethics and educational academic. It could be impossible to analyze systemically the view of justice of Do San since we hardly find what is said about justice in his writings. Additionally, the concept of justice varies among scholars and, in turn, it raises some problems of on what basis we study the view of justice of Do San. Therefore, the research is rather focused on subjective inference. This article first addresses some limitations of analysis and terms in order to minimize criticism about subjective inference. Next, I analyze contents related to justice originated in the thought of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho, and assess what the view of justice of Do San implies. Finally, I suggest some topics and directions for future research. This article has a special meaning in using a new approach of studying the view of justice of Do San Ahn Chang-Ho.
