Exploration of Creative Convergence Talent Education Plans: Based on the Design of ‘Understanding Chinese Culture’ Class in High School Using PBL

우리나라는 교육과정을 통해 시대를 반영하는 바람직한 인간상을 제시하고 있다. 그리고 이러한 인간상은 동시대를 사는 학습자와 교수자 그리고 사회가 필요로 하는 교육목표를 재구조화하는데 중요한 기준이 된다. 본 논문에서는 창의융합형 인재의 필요성이 강조되고 시대에 필요한 창의융합형 인재양성 방안에 대해서 고등학교 ‘중국어’ 교육을 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해서 첫째 우리나라 2015 개정 교육과정과 2022 개정 교육과정의 인간상과 교육과정의 핵심 역량을 비교분석 했으며, 우리나라 교육과정의 인간상과 국제교육과정(IB : International Bacccalaureate)의 학습자상과 핵심역량을 비교했다. 둘째 고등학교 중국어 교육과정의 성격, 목표, 내용 체계 및 성취기준, 교수·학습 및 평가의 방향을 통해, 이와 같은 고등학교 중국어 교육을 통해 창의융합형 인재 교육의 가능성에 대해 살펴보았다. 마지막으로 고등학교 중국어 교육을 통해 창의융합형 인재 교육이 가능하기 위한 방법론으로 PBL을 활용한 고등학교 중국어 문화 이해 수업 설계 방법을 제시했다.

In this paper, the need for creative convergence talents is emphasized, and the plan to nurture creative convergence talents needed in this era is examined through high school ‘Chinese’ education. To this end, first, the human image of the 2015 revised curriculum and the 2022 revised curriculum in Korea and the core competencies of the curriculum were compared and analyzed, and the human image of the Korean curriculum and the learner image and core competencies of the International Baccalaureate (IB) were compared. Second, the possibility of creative convergence-type talent education through high school Chinese education was examined through the characteristics, goals, content system and achievement standards, and direction of teaching/learning and evaluation of the high school Chinese curriculum. Finally, as a methodology to enable creative convergence-type talent education through high school Chinese education, a high school Chinese culture understanding class design method using PBL was presented.
