중국 초등특수학교의 부모참여 실태 및 부모참여에 대한 특수교사의 인식 조사

A Study on the Current Status of Parent Involvement and the Perception of Special Educators in Special Elementary Schools: Focused on HuaDong Area

연구목적: 본 연구는 중국 초등특수학교 부모참여의 실태를 분석하여 부모참여에 대한 특수교사의 인식을 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 이를 위하여 중국 화동지역(산동성, 푸젠성, 강소성, 저장성)의 184명의 초등 특수학교 교사를 대상으로 특수학교 부모참여의 실태 및 부모참여의 중요성, 만족도, 문제점, 개선방안에 대한 인식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 특수교사와 부모는 전화, 비형식적 면담(방과 후, 등하교 시), 문자메시지나 메신저(Wechat) 등의 의사소통 방식을 수시로 실행하고 있었으며 대부분 부모교육 프로그램, 학교 활동 및 행사, 부모회 등 방식으로 한 학기 1회로 참여하고 있었다. 둘째, 특수교사들은 부모참여의 중요성을 여러 측면으로 인식하고 있었으며 부모들의 참여시간 부족, 맞벌이 가정의 증가, 교사의 과중한 업무, 재직교육과 관련 프로그램 부족 등과 같은 원인으로 인해 부모참여가 어렵다고 인식하였다. 셋째, 특수교사의 직무, 연수경험 유무, 소속지역, 담당 학년, 연령에 따라 특수교사 인식의 차이가 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 선행연구와 비교하여 개선방안으로 모색하기 위하여 논의하였다.

Purpose: This study analyzed the current status of parental participation in Chinese elementary special schools and the perception of special teachers on parent involvement. Method: 184 special school teachers at the elementary level in East China(Jiangsu Province, Shandong Province, Zhejiang Province, Fujian Province) participated in the survey. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the current status of parent involvement. Anova and t-test were used to analyze the perception of special educators. Results: The results showed that the special school teachers and parents preferred to communicate with phone, informal meetings after school or on the way to and from school, text messages, Wechat, etc. Most parents participate in parent education seminars, school events and parent meetings once a semester. Secondly, special school teachers recognize the importance of parental involvement, but the implementation of parental involvement remains difficult due to the lack of parental involvement time, dual-income families, the overload of teachers, and the lack of in-service education. Thirdly, the difference in special teacher recognition depends on special teachers' work, training experience, affair area, account grade and age. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, a comparison with improvement methods in previous studies were discussed.
