장애대학(원)생 당사자의 교육 활동 지원 사업 참여 경험과 지원요구

Experiences of Participation and Support Needs on the Educational Activity Support Project of the Undergraduate and Graduate Students with Disabilities

연구목적: 본 연구는 장애대학(원)생의 교육부 교육 활동 지원 사업 참여 경험과 인식에 대하여 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 질적연구 기법을 사용하였으며 장애대학(원)생 10명을 연구 참여자로 하여 포커스그룹 면담 및 개별 면담을 실시하였다. 각 면담은 약 1시간에서 2시간 정도 소요되었으며 면담 후 전사된 자료는 지속적 비교 분석법에 따라 분석하였다. 연구결과: 분석 결과, 12개의 하위주제, 3개의 주제가 도출되었으며, 주제는 다음과 같다. (1) 교육활동지원 사업의 문제점, (2) 교육활동지원 사업에 대한 지원 요구, (3) 교육활동지원 사업 개선 및 활성화 방안. 결론: 본 연구는 장애대학(원)생의 교육 활동 지원 사업 참여 경험을 조사하여 교육 활동 지원 사업의 개선 및 활성화 방안을 마련하고, 지원의 필요성을 확인하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the experiences and perceptions of undergraduate and graduate students with disabilities participating in the Ministry of Education's educational activity support project. Method: This study used a qualitative research technique, and focus group and individual interviews were conducted with 10 university(graduate school) students with disabilities as research participants. Each interview took about one to two hours, and the transcribed data were analyzed after the interview in accordance with the continuous comparative analysis method. Results: As a result of the analysis, 12 sub-topics and three topics were derived, and the topics are as follows: (1) problems of the educational activity support project, (2) the support needs for the educational activity support project, and (3) the improvement and activation plan for the educational activity support project. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it prepared a plan for improvement and activation of the educational activity support project by examining the experiences of participating in the educational activity support project of undergraduate and graduate students with disabilities and confirmed the need for support.
