직업프로그램이 고등학교, 전공과 발달장애학생의 자기효능감과 사회적응능력에 미치는 영향

The Effects of a Vocational Education Program on the Self Efficacy and Social Adaptability of Students with Developmental Disabilities : Focusing on the School Job Creation Project

연구목적: 본 연구는 교내 장애인일자리사업이 발달장애학생의 자기효능감과 사회적응도에 미치는 영향을 탐색하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구방법: K도 소재 특수학교에 재학중인 고등학교, 전공과 발달장애학생 7명을 대상으로 사전-사후 검사설계를 적용하였고, 비모수검정인 Wilcoxon 부호-순위 검증을 통해 연구 참여자의 자기효능감과 사회적응도의 사전-사후 변화에 대해 연구 참여자별 변화량을 산출하여 비교하였다. 연구결과: 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교내 장애인일자리사업은 발달장애학생의 자기효능감 변화에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 교내 장애인일자리사업은 발달장애학생의 사회적응도 변화에 영향을 미쳤다. 결론: 연구 결과를 통해 발달장애학생의 자기효능감 수준을 향상할 수 있는 다양한 방안들과 사회적응도 향상을 위한 장애인일자리사업 활성화 방안에 대해 논의에서 다루었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of a School Job Creation Project for student's self efficacy and social adaption scale. Method: A pre-and post-test research design was implemented for seven students with developmental disabilities. Pre-post-changes were compared Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results: The School Job Creation Project for the participants had no positive effects on participants' self efficacy. However, the School Job Creation Project had positive effects on participants' social adaption Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, we discussed various potential policies to improve the self-efficacy levels of students with developmental disabilities and ways to revitalize the School Job Creation Project for the persons with disabilities to improve social adaptation.
